To enter to Booking 'back end' part of application you need to be a registered with user name and password.
If user don't have proper user name and password it can't login to booking 'back end' application.
Admin user can create new users and give them proper permissions.
Application Users
With booking back end application can work just registered users. Users have their username, password and different permisons giving
them rights to enter different parts of application.
Room types
Every room belongs to one room type. Different room types have different properties (price, accoutrement, furniture ...).
For room type you can assign special price (diferent price for New Year weekend, discount for some period...). Picture gallery can be
set for particular room type, so visitors can check to see what they will book, also in room type you can write brief and full description what
that room type can offer to customers.
Rooms
The primary thing in one hotel is a room that audience use and that make money to hotel owners. In this part of Booking Back end application
user can create rooms; every room is a part of a room type. So when create rooms first user must create a specific room type.
Clients
Clients are people that have book a room for some time period in the future, or people that have stay in hotel for some time in the past.
When user book a room on your site using Booking software, it must enter his personal data so at this part of Booking Back end you can check those
informations. Also you can enter client informations, because this software can be used to book a room if some clients call you on the phone or some other
source.
Bookings
Bookings are informations when some room is used in a future period. User can create bookings over Online Booking System or you can use
Bookings Back end to book rooms and that can be your primary way of booking rooms. So in price of one product - Hotel Booking System you actually get
